Support is poor, but the EA's always show when there is an upgrade through a message on the chart. I haven't had a problem other than their server sometimes gets overloaded and its difficult to get in.

I am getting the impression that the Forex Bling team have released this EA before it has been fully tested and the customer back up is in place.
